Draft — pending legal review
This is a plain-language working draft published for transparency. It will be replaced by a reviewed version, and the reviewed version is the one that will apply.
These terms describe how the SER application (“SER”, “we”) may be used. They will be finalized after legal review. Until then, this draft explains how the service works and what we expect from people who use it.
The service
- SER is an interface and data service. It helps you launch tokens through third-party launchpads (pump.fun on Solana and pons on Robinhood Chain, where available), trade them, link a social identity, track qualified posts, and claim rewards.
- SER does not hold your funds or keys. Transactions are created by your wallet and executed by smart contracts; SER cannot reverse them.
- The one exception is launching a coin, which needs no wallet connection: SER temporarily operates a one-time launch address that you fund, in SOL on Solana or in ETH on Robinhood Chain. SER uses it only to submit your launch, route the token’s creator fees and return unused funds to your refund wallet, as described in the launch documentation.
- Rewards on Solana are sent from a reward wallet that SER operates, by transfers SER’s operator signs, once Solana payouts are switched on. Until a transfer is sent, an allocation is not a payment.
- SER is an independent application. It is not operated, endorsed or sponsored by Robinhood, pons, pump.fun or Solana.
- Features can change, be limited, or be withdrawn — for example if a protocol, network or social platform changes its rules.
Eligibility
You are responsible for making sure that using SER, trading tokens and receiving rewards is lawful where you live. Don’t use SER if you are subject to sanctions or if doing so would break the law that applies to you.
Wallets and transactions
- You are responsible for your wallet, keys and devices. SER will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
- Review every transaction before signing. SER shows the network, contract, action, amounts and a gas estimate, but quotes and prices can change before inclusion.
- Network fees and protocol fees set by a launchpad or a pool (for example pump.fun, pons or Uniswap) are separate from SER and are not refundable.
Rewards and epochs
- On Robinhood Chain, rewards exist only once an epoch is published onchain for a funded pool. On Solana, a reward is paid once its transfer to your saved wallet has been sent. Scores, ranks, allocations and “pending” amounts shown before that are informational.
- Allocations follow the scoring version recorded for each epoch, as described in how SER Score works. Published allocations are final.
- On Robinhood Chain, claims must be made before the epoch’s claim deadline; unclaimed amounts may be swept after it.
- Reward eligibility depends on campaign rules, trust review and the rules of the social platforms involved.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to rewards you receive.
Campaigns
- Projects that run campaigns are responsible for their campaign content, requirements and budget. Budgets are held in escrow contracts; SER shows funding status from onchain balances and doesn’t promise rewards that aren’t escrowed.
- Joining a campaign doesn’t create any relationship between you and the project beyond the campaign rules.
- Campaign content must be honest. If you are rewarded for talking about a token, follow the disclosure rules that apply to you and to the platform you post on.
Acceptable use
Don’t use SER to:
- Run multiple accounts or wallets to inflate scores or claim more than one share (Sybil activity).
- Buy, trade or coordinate engagement, or use automated accounts to post or engage.
- Post plagiarized, duplicated or misleading content, or impersonate people or projects.
- Manipulate markets, or promote tokens with false or misleading claims.
- Interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or scrape it abusively.
- Break the rules of X or any other platform you connect.
Enforcement and appeals
SER may reduce scores, flag posts, lower an account’s trust level, reduce or remove an epoch’s rewards, or exclude accounts from rewards when it detects prohibited conduct, as described in fairness and trust and appeals. You can request a review of these decisions from your dashboard. SER doesn’t publicly label anyone as a bot.
Third-party services
SER depends on services it doesn’t control, including Solana, Robinhood Chain, pump.fun, pons, Uniswap, RPC providers, wallet software and X. Their availability, fees and rules apply alongside these terms, and SER isn’t responsible for their actions.
- No advice. Nothing on SER is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. See the risk disclosure.
- As available. SER is provided as it is and as available. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and smart contracts can fail.
- Your decisions. You are responsible for the transactions you sign and the tokens you choose to trade or launch.
Changes
We will update these terms as the service evolves and after legal review. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
