FAQ
Answers about the 90/10 creator-fee model, $SER buybacks and burns, launching on Solana (SOL) and on Robinhood Chain (ETH) without connecting a wallet, custody, refunds and rewards.

What is the 90/10 model?
90% of a coin’s creator fees go to the sers through the coin’s reward pool. 10% goes to SER, which buys $SER and burns it. It is the same on both launchpads; how it is enforced differs. Details.
On Solana (pump.fun)
SOLSet through pump.fun’s own fee sharing in the launch transaction, then locked. Fees are in the coin’s pair token — SOL by default.
On Robinhood Chain (pons)
ETHEnforced by the token’s SER fee router contract. Fees are in ETH and any other asset pons pays the creator side.
Does SER take a cut of the launchpad’s fees?
No. The split applies only to the creator fee. On pump.fun, the split never applies to pump.fun’s own fee. On pons, pons’ own protocol share is unaffected and never reaches SER.
How much is the creator fee?
On Solana (pump.fun)
SOLOn a SOL-paired coin, pump.fun sets the creator fee and it can’t be adjusted. The rate is pump.fun’s and can change; SER does not promise one.
On Robinhood Chain (pons)
ETHYou choose it at launch with a slider, from 0% (the default) up to the limit pons allows at that moment. It is fixed in the token at launch: you can’t change it later, and it isn’t paid to you — all of it goes through the 90/10 split.
Are there any other SER fees?
No. Nothing skims the 90%. Network fees and any launchpad launch fee are separate and go to the network and to the launchpad.
Can the split change?
On Solana (pump.fun)
SOLNo, not for an existing coin: the split is set once per coin and locked in the launch transaction.
On Robinhood Chain (pons)
ETHOnly for routers created after a policy change executed by SER’s admin multisig. The SER share can never exceed 50%, and every existing router keeps its split for life.
Can someone redirect my coin’s creator fees?
You can’t, and SER itself has no way to move a coin’s creator fees away from the split. No address of yours is the coin’s creator or its fee recipient. Each launchpad keeps a power SER cannot remove:
On Solana (pump.fun)
SOLpump.fun’s admin can reassign a coin’s creator or reset its fee split without notice. SER shows it on the coin’s page and pauses that coin’s rewards if it happens.
On Robinhood Chain (pons)
ETHThe pons owner can override a v2 token’s creator-fee recipient after a 3-day timelock. SER shows a notice on the token page while an override is pending.
When do buybacks start?
Once $SER is live. Until then the 10% share accumulates: on Robinhood Chain in the buyback treasury contract, which can only spend it on buybacks; on Solana in SER’s buyback treasury wallet, in each coin’s pair token. The buyback from SER’s share on Solana is not live yet.
What happens to the $SER that is bought?
All of it is burned in the same transaction — sent to the burn address.
Do buybacks support the $SER price?
No promise is made about price. Buybacks and burns reduce supply; nothing here is investment advice.
Where can I check buybacks?
SER economics lists every buyback with the amount spent, $SER bought and burned, and the transaction.
Which launchpads can I launch on?
The launch page has a chip for each one: pump.fun on Solana and pons on Robinhood Chain. A launchpad can be selected only where SER has it set up; otherwise its chip is marked as not live and the page says why.
Do I need to sign up to launch?
No. Launching needs no sign-up, no account and no wallet connection. Launchers don’t sign up. Only sers sign up. A ser signs up on the Become a ser page to earn rewards for posting.
Do I need a wallet connection to launch?
No wallet connection required. You fund a one-time launch address with the quoted amount, and that address launches the coin. Your coin is launched by a one-time address SER generates, so there is nothing for a wallet to connect to or sign. That is how every coin is launched through SER. Launching a coin.
On Solana (pump.fun)
SOLSend SOL on Solana to the launch address — from Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, any other Solana wallet or an exchange withdrawal.
On Robinhood Chain (pons)
ETHSend ETH on Robinhood Chain to the launch address — from an EVM wallet or an exchange withdrawal that supports the chain.
What do I get as the launcher?
Your coin, launched as you described it. The coin’s creator fees fund the sers’ reward pool: SER pays the sers who post about the coin. The launch settings — the coin’s details, the reward cadence, the pair and any creator fee — are fixed once the launch is created.
On Solana (pump.fun)
SOLUnused SOL returns to your refund wallet. With an initial buy, the coins it buys are delivered there too: coins you paid for, not control of the coin.
On Robinhood Chain (pons)
ETHUnused ETH returns to your refund wallet. With an initial buy, the tokens it buys are delivered there too: tokens you paid for, not control of the token.
What does a launch cost?
On Solana (pump.fun)
SOLAccount rent and network fees, your optional initial buy and a small safety reserve — all in SOL.
On Robinhood Chain (pons)
ETHThe pons launch fee, gas, your optional initial buy and a small safety reserve — all in ETH.
On both launchpads you see an exact breakdown before you send anything, and what isn’t used is returned.
What if I send too little, or too late?
Below the quoted total, SER keeps waiting until the quote expires. After expiry nothing launches automatically: refresh the quote or request a refund.
What if the launch fails?
You see the reason and the balance, and can request a refund to your refund wallet. If no launch transaction was sent, you can also retry.
Where is my coin after it launches?
The status page links to the coin’s page on SER once it is live. A pump.fun coin’s page is at its mint address and a pons token’s page at its contract address; both are listed on Explore with a chain tag.
Who controls the launch address?
SER, temporarily. It is a one-time key SER creates and operates only to send your launch, route the coin’s creator fees and return what’s left. The key is held in a key-custody service — never in SER’s database, the app or your browser. Custody details.
Can SER use my deposit for anything else?
No. The launch address sends only your launch, the steps that route the coin’s creator fees, and refunds or leftovers to your refund wallet.
Which wallet do refunds go to?
To the refund wallet — the one address you give SER. It is required when you add an initial buy, because the coins you bought are delivered there too.
On Solana (pump.fun)
SOLA SOL address: your own Solana wallet. Unused SOL and any refund go there, in SOL.
On Robinhood Chain (pons)
ETHAn ETH address on Robinhood Chain: your own wallet, starting with 0x. Unused ETH and any refund go there, in ETH.
Use a wallet you control, not an exchange deposit address: a refund is a plain transfer with no memo or tag, and an exchange may not credit it. Your refund wallet.
I lost my manage link.
SER stores only a fingerprint of it and can’t recover it. Leftover funds still go to the refund wallet you set; without the link you can’t change it. The link only ever managed the refund wallet, retries, the quote and refunds — it never controlled the coin, its fees or its rewards.
Do I need a wallet to earn rewards?
You need a wallet address to be paid at, not a wallet connection. Launchers don’t sign up. Only sers sign up. Sign in on the Become a ser page with a social account (X, Farcaster or Telegram), Google or email, link your socials, then type or paste the Solana address and the Robinhood Chain address your rewards go to. No wallet connection required. On Robinhood Chain the claim is an onchain transaction sent by that address, so you connect that wallet only at the moment you claim. SER never asks for a seed phrase or private key.
Does the launcher earn the coin’s creator fees or rewards?
No. The coin’s creator fees fund the sers’ reward pool: SER pays the sers who post about the coin. A launcher who wants to earn posts about the coin as a ser, like anyone else.
How is a reward pool split between sers?
By SER Score share after fairness and eligibility rules. The exact scoring parameters are confidential so they can’t be gamed. SER rewards.
How often are rewards allocated?
At the cadence the launcher chose at launch: every 15 or 30 minutes, or every 1, 6, 12 or 24 hours. It can’t be changed afterwards.
How do I get paid?
On Solana (pump.fun)
SOLSave your Solana address on the Become a ser page — no wallet connection required. Rewards from pump.fun coins are allocated to it, in the coin’s pair token (SOL by default). Payouts are operator-signed transfers, and Solana payouts are not live yet.
On Robinhood Chain (pons)
ETHClaim from the Rewards page, onchain from the SER reward distributor, with your Merkle proof. You pay the claim’s gas in ETH.
Are SOL and ETH rewards added together?
No. Every amount is shown in its own asset — SOL, ETH or a coin’s pair token — and SER never adds them or converts them into one total.
